New locations: Closed road exterior and a derelict basement

With roots dating back to the 18th century, 3 Mills is full of distinct and unique charm that has helped set the scene for countless exterior location shoots over the years. With an experienced team and all the amenities of a professional film studio behind our gates, it’s not hard to see why productions are choosing to shoot on location at 3 Mills.

This year, we have expanded our locations offering to include a private road full of potential and an atmospheric basement location which would require minimal set dressing.

The luxury of a private, controllable road in London, with a secure Unit Base, production offices, HMU/dressing and green rooms just a short walk away.

The Stage 10 basement offers a ready-made set with exposed brick, pillars and rubble. Multi-use stage and ancillary space is also available directly above for a well contained shoot.
