FIND US

Just 7 miles from central London, 3 Mills Studios is one of the most accessible Studios in the UK. Our excellent transport links to the motorways and international airports make getting to 3 Mills Studios very easy. You can get to us by public transport, bicycle or vehicle.

Please note that we have two different entrances for pedestrians and cyclists and for vehicles

Pedestrians & Cyclists Entrance
Three Mill Lane, London, E3 3DU

Vehicle & Delivery Entrance
Please note this address has changed: Hunt’s Lane, London, E15 2QD.

The entrance towards the studio from the A118 has a What3Words location of ‘agrees.post.cube’. The vehicle entrance to the studio is ‘having.turned.leader’.

The pedestrian entrance is ‘buyers.defeat.shakes’.

From 10th August 2021 vehicle weight restrictions have been brought into force on Stratford High Street whilst Thames Water work on some vital upgrade works – as such there will be some changes to the road layout which will impact larger vehicles over 7,5 tonnes.

Larger vehicles can currently perform a U-turn by Abbey Lane (as highlighted by the red line in the map below) by travelling down Stratford High Street from the Bow roundabout. This is possible along with the potential for turning by Sugar House Lane.

The blue line shows Thames Water’s suggested route for traffic. Unfortunately, the available width on Bisson road is only 2.8m, so is unsuitable for wider vehicles. Newham council are looking at bringing in parking restrictions, which would enable wider vehicles, however, this is still at the planning stage. We will provide further updates as and when we receive them.

These works will last approximately 30 months, so we will have to adapt our processes for the foreseeable future. In most cases vehicles access will not be impacted, however we advise forward planning to ensure access routes are considered prior to arriving on site. Please be aware the egressing the site will not be an issue as vehicles are directed away from the affected area upon entering Stratford High Street.

Production Parking
3 Mills is accessible by the A11 and A12 and limited parking is available on site for productions on a first-come first-served basis
