3 Mills Studios Offers STEP Traineeship

3 Mills Studios very much looks forward to being part of STEP (Shared Training and Enterprise Programme), a twelve-month paid traineeship where trainees from east London are paired with two fantastic creative organisations to gain experience in different sectors of the industry. Other businesses participating include the V&A, Sadler’s Wells Theatre and the London College of Fashion. Successful candidates will undergo two London Living Wage paid six-month internships, alongside a host of networking, mentoring and specialist workshops.

The traineeship will sit across the client experience at 3 Mills, and often be the first point of contact for a diverse range of clients across film, TV and theatre. The individual will be an Ambassador for 3 Mills Studios, setting the best first impression and providing ongoing assistance with client needs.
